Welcome to Helm Navigation. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of helmnavigation.ca and the Helm Navigation mobile application (together, the "Services"), operated by Campo McLeod Inc. ("Helm Navigation," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Helm Navigation is a free directory that helps Windsor-Essex residents find local health and community service providers, including a searchable directory and an AI-powered search assistant ("AI Navigator").
Helm Navigation is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on the Services replaces professional medical, legal, or other expert advice. Always verify a provider's current availability, credentials, and suitability directly before relying on information found here.
Provider listings are compiled from public regulatory registries, publicly available sources, and information submitted by providers through our claim process. We work to keep this information accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing — including contact details, accepted-patients status, services offered, or credentials — is complete or current. You are responsible for verifying information independently before acting on it.
A provider or their authorized representative may claim a listing to confirm and update its information. By submitting a claim, you represent that you are the named provider or are authorized to act on their behalf, and that the information you provide is accurate.
We may approve, reject, or revoke a claim at our discretion at any time, including after approval, if we believe it is inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. A claim does not create an ongoing contractual relationship or guarantee continued accuracy beyond what the claimant represented at the time.

We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, for any violation of these Terms.
Helm Navigation may accept voluntary donations to support the platform, processed through a third-party payment provider. Campo McLeod Inc. is a private corporation and is not currently a registered charity. Donations are not charitable gifts, do not qualify for a charitable tax receipt, and are not refundable except at our discretion. A donation does not entitle the donor to any product, service, or preferential treatment on the platform.
The Services link to or rely on third-party websites and services we do not control — including provider websites, regulatory bodies, mapping services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.
The Helm Navigation name, logo, and the compilation and design of the directory belong to Campo McLeod Inc. Content submitted by providers remains their property; by submitting it, they grant us a licence to display it as part of the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campo McLeod Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, your reliance on information found through them, or your interactions with any listed provider — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ontario or Canadian law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campo McLeod Inc. from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
